Ingredients
- Onions
- Minced meat
- Yogurt
- Olive oil
- Seasoning (to taste)
- Lemon juice
- Pitta breads
Method
- Blitz the onions and add them to the minced meat along with yogurt, olive oil, and seasoning.
- Mix everything together until it reaches a smooth consistency.
- Spread the mixture onto parchment paper, roll it up, and place it on a baking tray.
- Bake in the oven, draining the liquid halfway through.
- Unravel the meat, top with lemon juice, and return to the oven to crisp up.
- Remove from the oven and serve in pitta breads.
